Technology Presentations
Companies, universities and research institutions from across the globe presented cutting edge technologies available for partnering and licensing.

Technology Showcase Open House
Senior executives, scientists and business development representatives for emerging and established bioscience technologies reached the BioFusion audience in this interactive pavilion environment.

Technology Seekers
Large pharma, medical device and biotechnology leaders spoke to the audience about the types of technologies they are seeking and discussed their methodologies for partnering and licensing. Participants: Merck, GlaxoSmithKline, Solvay, 3M, Eli Lilly, Pfizer and Genzyme.

Partnering Meetings
One-to-one meetings allowed for further partnering discussions and were arranged prior to the conference through biopartnering.com or on-site with the help of our meetings staff. A unique and powerful internet tool, biopartnering.com, allows a proactive user to prepare for private meetings with potential partners before attending a conference. You are able to access the password protected area of the site to research partnering opportunities through keyword searches of detailed profiles on all companies, contact other users, arrange private meetings and reserve meeting space at an event.

Golf Tournament & Networking
BioFusion colleagues gathered for networking and fun at the Duke University Golf Club for the first annual BioFusion Golf Tournament on Sunday, September 17th. That evening, we welcomed all of our guests at the Washington Duke's Terrace on the Green for our opening cocktail reception. Monday evening featured a dinner reception in the Durham community that was another great networking opportunity.
